Hi, I'm Precious Waters a licensed REALTOR® in Georgia and Texas for over 18 years. I was renting out one of my properties for over 5 years and not really making a profit. In the beginning 2021, after learning about how other property owners were making more money by Airbnb Hosting, I decided to take a course on short-term rental and do further research on Youtube and other social media platforms. I decided to end any lease agreements on my property and made steps to update the property and then in August 2021, I was live on Airbnb as a Host. I was able to make a full year of traditional rental income within 4 months!!
